Appearance: Standing at just slightly over five feet tall, Rebecca doesn't exactly look like much of a fighter, but that would be a rather wrong assumption to make. Though her build is slight, she has a trained background working with S.T.A.R.S and it shows. Lithe would perhaps be the best way to describe her figure, athletic yet petite. With forest green eyes, and a slightly pallid complexion, Rebecca's hair is brown and kept cut short. It's length only reaches just around her ears. She also has a tattoo on her left upper arm, of a butterfly, done in black ink. She can usually be found in uniform, be it her old S.T.A.R.S uniform [a green t-shirt and pants with a white bulletproof vest that has the medic symbol is printed on the back, along with black fingerless gloves and boots], or the uniform of her current agency at the time. She dresses casual when she isn't working, of course, but working in one of the things she does the most. Around her neck, she usually has a pink choked, and she always has a pair of dog tags hanging there as well, though they belong to a "LT. WILLIAM COEN", rather than to Rebecca Chambers.

Personality: Independent, intelligent, and full of confidence, what Rebecca Chambers may lack in her 'street smarts', she makes up for in other areas. Rebecca isn't the type to take help from others, if she can help it, and she prefers things to go her way, even if they don't always end up as she idealized them to be. Her job and her work at number one to her, something she respects and does not mess with. She hopes for the best in things [and people], and can usually see the brighter side of a situation, even if the situation is.. direly terrible. She believes in justice for all, and the right way of life. She has a kind heart and a good spirit, and is trusting and kind to others, willing to do anything to look out for and take care of her friends. She is still just barely an adult, after all, even if underestimating her because of that is unwise.

Rebecca is very skilled with medical and scientific things, having graduated university at the very young age of eighteen, and becoming the youngest member of Raccoon City's Special Tactics and Rescue Service team. She was the medic of her team, as well as a part of 'Rear Security'. Her work with them has taught her to be logical and calm in her problems, though it also causes draw backs. Sometimes Rebecca is known to stick too closely to the way she was taught, and it can come back to bite her. Literally and figuratively.

In short, Rebecca is a very serious girl, but with a heart of gold and a sweet personality to balance her out.

Abilities: Working with the Bravo Team of S.T.A.R.S, Rebecca was the team's field medic, as well as a back up officer, this work has given her good knowledge of emergency medical treatment, as well as work with chemicals. She's very good with herbs and chemistry, and can be counted on to come up with a solution or cure for all sorts of different things. And she's almost always willing to help, and keep a calm head.

Rebecca has her medical training, but she also has training from the Raccoon City police force, and thus is trained in the use of firearms, explosives, and other such varieties of weaponry. She can work with a variety of different defenses, since she has had experience with a large variety.

Weaknesses: Rebecca is very physically weak, even given her athletic and police related training. She is rather slight, and it doesn't take very much to put her down for the count in a physical battle. Her inability to break the rules and change her morals also does not help. She's over confident, and believes too strongly in doing the right thing, and it can get her into a lot of crap. She also has a terrible judgment of character, no jokes.

History:
A child prodigy through and through, Rebecca Chambers was an only child of her parents, who took no time at all to finish her schooling. Before the age of thirteen, Rebecca had graduated high school, and before the age of nineteen, she was a graduate of Raccoon University, with full honors. She played on the school's basketball team, and majored in biochemistry. Once she graduated, Rebecca joined Raccoon City's police force, and was quickly chosen to become a member of the Special Tactics and Rescue Service [S.T.A.R.S], a very elite branch of the RPD. When he training was completed, she joined the Bravo Team as their official field medic, as well as a rear officer.

However, her first mission with Bravo Team didn't go so smoothly. They were supposed to visit the nearby Arklay Mountains, which surrounded Raccoon City, to investigate a series of murders there. It seemed the victims had been attacked, torn apart, by someone, or something. The city was alive with rumors of a wandering killer, a killer who gruesomely dismembered and devoured their victims methodically. A cannibal killer. And that was where S.T.A.R.S came in. Just as the team was flying over the forest in their copter, there was a malfunction, and an emergency landing was commenced. Near their landing spot, there was an overturned Military Police van, with the corpses of it's staff nearby. It seemed the van was transporting one Marine Lieutenant William 'Billy' Coen. He was a death row inmate who had been on his way to his execution.

Going off of her own, Rebecca managed to track Billy to an abandoned train, the Ecliptic Express. As she climbed aboard this train, in the middle of the forest, Rebecca discovered the place filled with the undead. That was when the train began to move, trapping Rebecca on board with zombies, and a murderer convicted of killing twenty-three innocent people. Upon meeting with the Lieutenant, Rebecca formed a wary truce with Billy, in an attempt to find a way to escape the train and get out alive. Despite her order to arrest him.

When the train finally stopped, it was at an Umbrella Corporation training facility deep in the mountains. Rebecca and Billy quickly discovered this place was also filled with zombies, all victims of Umbrella's T-Virus outbreak. Moving through the grounds, Rebecca and Billy explored many things, and came to fight many different types of horrifying creatures, all experiments produced by Umbrella. Not to mention the large droves of zombies, remains of the center's previous employees. As they spent more time together, Rebecca began to soften toward Billy. They became an awkward sort of companions, with a trust and friendship between them, with Rebecca gaining some rather affectionate feelings for him. Repeatedly, Rebecca informed her superior officers that she was not with Billy, and had no idea on his current whereabouts. Rebecca believed in Billy, the good inside of him, and his innocence of the crime that he was framed for. He was not the heartless murderer that he was made out to be.

Working together, the pair managed to escape the facility just in time, shortly before it was self-destructed. Parting ways with Billy, Rebecca removed his dog tags from him and put them on. She promised she would cover his whereabouts, and report him as officially dead to her superiors. Keeping her memento of him, she watched as Lieutenant Coen made his way into the Arklay forest and disappeared. She hasn't seen him since.

As she made her way to the Spencer Mansion, Rebecca only stumbled onto more horrors of the Umbrella Corporation's doing. It would seem the Spencer Mansion was yet another secret laboratory, hidden away in these mountains. Rebecca at least hoped to reunite with her comrades at the mansion. She managed to find the remains of the Alpha team, who had come to find the Bravo team. And who were also being killed by the mutant creatures roaming the mansion. Meeting up with Richard Aiken, another member of Bravo Team, Rebecca traveled with him through the mansion, but was forced to watch helplessly as Richard was killed while trying to save her from one of the mutants in the facility. Finding the other members of Alpha team, Rebecca discovered along with them that the S.T.A.R.S captain Albert Wesker was a traitor, who planned to have them all killed. He was eventually killed [or so most presume] by one of his own creations, Tyrant. With the remaining members of Alpha Team, Rebecca escaped, once again just in time before another self-destruction.

After all that she had gone through, Rebecca decided she would improve herself. No matter what the situation may be, she would prove herself and be strong enough to survive on her own. For Richard, and for Billy, who both risked their lives for hers.

After all that they went through, Rebecca and her fellow S.T.A.R.S members were thought fools of. No one believed what they had seen, and even the press doubted them, along with the rest of their police force. Stories of zombies and mutants, and of Umbrella's evil ways, were pushed aside as lies and slander. Together, they all vowed they would expose the conspiracy of Umbrella, and they left Raccoon city to investigate further. Rebecca went her own way in the investigation, and still hasn't been seen or heard of since turning in her final piece of paperwork at the Raccoon city police department. It was a report on the Training Facility Incident, noting the death of Billy Coen and ordering all searches for him ceased.

Setting out on her own, Rebecca traveled all over America. With her training and experiences from S.T.A.R.S, it was simple enough to find work for different agencies. She worked for companies that worked against Umbrella, against bio-terrorism in general, anything to get her closer to bringing down the evil conglomerate. She discovered many things about Umbrella, many more secrets. All of the while, Rebecca was secretly hoping to see her friends again, someone familiar, Rebecca kept a clear head and a strong objective. She wouldn't forget her vow, her decision to be strong no matter what, and that was what kept her going and kept her working.

However, Rebecca might be closer to her secret wish than she realizes.

At the time of the Cloverfield incident, Rebecca was working in Manhattan. She was involved with a small group of vigilantes known simply as Persona. They were mostly an anti-Umbrella group who were in the process of planning a full scale attack on Umbrella's offices in New York. However, Clover's dropping in quickly put a stop to those plans. With no idea where any of her comrades have disappeared to, or what in the world is going on, Rebecca Chambers has found herself alone yet again in a terrifying and confusing situation. She only hopes Umbrella has nothing to do with it this time.
